The Wonder of God's creation.....

Today I was once gain given a small glimpse into the the awesome wonder of God's most amazing creation...life. Today as I waited for my ultrasound to confirm how far along I am, I thought about how awesome our God is to choose the form of creating a child that he chose. How much faith He has in us to care for His creation for 9 months before we ever hold it in our arms. It takes a lot of faith in a woman to allow her to carry His creation. Then I thought... Lord am I really that worthy of YOUR faith in me. Then I realized in order to teach is to have faith in Him, He first shows that He is willing to have faith in us. WOW!!!

Then as they measured and took my baby's first pictures I had another thought strike me. God is so amazing. Would I have thought that this was the perfect place for life to begin...after 2 children already I can say umm no. But God knew what He was doing on day one. When the first child was conceived and He trusted Eve to care for herself as she cared for the child that was to be born.

That is how we are to be not only with our children we carry, but with the children to be born into the kingdom of God! He places His faith in us to care for them. He places His trust in us to care for ourselves as we care for others until they are able to care for themselves.

God help me to be worthy of Your faith and trust in all things you give me....
